On the 20th of September 2021 Dr Andie and her team reached out to a previously disadvantaged township school in Klerksdorp Khuma, Dirang Kanatla high school for a debut Award ceremony for the learners. Little did the team know that this would birth an adoption that would see annual academic award ceremony yearly and each year getting better and better. The team was welcomed with warm hands at the school, social workers and community leaders also graced the school event. The chairperson and founder inspired the township pupils with a heartfelt testimony highlighting how she also chose to make a tremendous success of her life despite growing up in a township facing similar challenges that they currently were also facing. The team didn’t come empty handed they handed over 50 merit ward certificates to top achieving learners, 10 The Power of the Mind Books to the educators and 100 goodie bags for the matriculants which contained 100 Recreating Your World books for the puplis, 60 sanitary pads and 40 roll-ons for the female and male learners respectively. This high school outreach was made possible by individual sponsors and company sponsors and we’d like to express our sincere gratitude to them. Phenomenal Young Persons: taking hold of the future.
