On the 11th of February 2023 the Phenomenal Young Persons chairperson Dr Molokomme was invited to come and inspire the Lehwelereng high school educators as they plan and strategise for the year ahead. The educators and their Principal Mrs Nakampi set a target of 95% pass rate for the Matric class of 2023. The teachers deliberated on how to optimize the matric pass rate all the subjects including Maths and Science. Dr Molokomme shared a personal story of how her life has been impacted through the influence and guidance of her school teachers through out her schooling years. ‘When I was in grade 8 our the then principal taught us to have confident and believe that we also are deserving of good things in life.’ She recalled. She also gifted the top performing educators with 10 goodie bags containing the Power of the Mind book by Rev Dr Chris Oyakhilome, all the attendees recieved the Rhapsody of Realities daily devotional and the healing to the nation magazine. The year has just started off and I need to ensure that my team knows what is expected of them said Mrs Nakampi. ‘Having Dr Molokomme here with us is an honour as she is a perfect example of what a good product can be produced through the hands of a dedicated educator’. Educators left empowered and inspired while the Phenomenal Young Persons NPO found yet another school to adopt.
